Subscribe to our mailing list and hear about our domain, hosting or broadband offers before anyone else. We know you get enough email already, so you'll only hear from us every 6 weeks or so and we'll never sell your email address or share it with other companies.
Domain Registrations & Renewals
Domain names are registered for set periods of time (and not bought outright). When a domain name reaches the end of the registration period it will expire unless renewed. We will attempt to send you email notifications before the expiration date to give you a chance to renew your domain name. Domains can be renewed via our Domain Renewals page or within your Control Panel.
If you allow your domain registration to expire then all email and website services based at that domain will cease to function. It is important to ensure that your contact details are up-to-date to allow us to send you email notifications. You can check and edit your contact details from your MyFreeola Control Panel.
Domain Renewal Reminders
We no longer send renewal reminders letters by post. Notifications will continue to be sent by email to the addresses specified in the domain's MyFreeola Control Panel account. Additional last-minute alerts will be sent by SMS text message where possible.
A 20% domain renewal discount is applied if your domain is set to automatically renew. Customers who do not choose auto-renewal but provide a mobile phone number will receive a 10% discount on renewal prices. The maximum renewal discount available is 20%.

Reporting Abuse
If you suspect any Freeola or GetDotted hosted websites of hosting fraudulent, copyrighted or illegal material and/or of sending spam using Freeola email addresses, please send us a message. Alternatively, you can email us at [email protected].
