Our customer support centre is open seven days a week (except Bank Holidays) and we aim to respond to written enquiries on a same-day basis (during exceptionally busy periods we aim to respond to our customers within a maximum of one working day).

How to register domains with Freeola & GetDotted, transfer your domain name or change the domain registrant details...
Domain Name Registrations and Renewals
Domain names are registered for set periods of time (and not bought outright). When a domain name reaches the end of the registration period it will expire unless renewed. We will attempt to send you email notifications before the expiration date to give you a chance to renew your domain name. Domains can be renewed via our Domain Renewals page or within your Control Panel.
If you allow your domain registration to expire then all email and website services based at that domain will cease to function. It is important to ensure that your contact details are up-to-date to allow us to send you email notifications. You can check and edit your contact details from your MyFreeola Control Panel.
Domain Renewal Reminders
We no longer send renewal reminders letters by post. Notifications will continue to be sent by email to the addresses specified in the domain's MyFreeola Control Panel account. Additional last-minute alerts will be sent by SMS text message where possible.
Customers who provide a mobile phone number will receive a 10% discount on renewal prices. A further 10% discount is applied where the automatic-renewal option is selected.

Temporary Change of Opening Hours
During the coronavirus outbreak, in order to allow our staff greater flexibility for childcare and to increase distancing between employees, we will be operating revised opening hours from Monday 24th March, until further notice.
Opening Hours from March 24th:
Monday to Friday - 9:00am to 6:00pm
Weekends - 9:00am to 5:00pm
Our friendly, UK-based Customer Support team is available between 9:00am and 6:00pm Monday to Friday, and from 9:00am to 5:00pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
We are closed on Bank Holidays in England and Wales.
