Domain Name Registrations and Renewals
Domain names are registered for set periods of time (and not bought outright). When a domain name reaches the end of the registration period it will expire unless renewed. We will attempt to send you e-mail notifications before the expiration date to give you a chance to renew your domain name. Domains can be renewed via our Domain Renewals page or within your Control Panel.
If you allow your domain registration to expire then all e-mail and website services based at that domain will cease to function. It is important to ensure that your contact details are up-to-date to allow us to send you e-mail notifications. You can check and edit your contact details from your MyFreeola Control Panel.
Our friendly UK-based customer help & support team are available between 8:30am and 7:00pm Monday to Friday, and from 9:00am to 2:00pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
Recorded information is provided 24 hours per day. Calls are charged at 13 pence per minute, plus your phone company's access charge.
